I’ve been going to Bailey for 6 years and she never disappoints! She does an amazing job with my color, perm and haircuts! She takes the time to understand whatever vision I have and nails it every time. I couldn’t recommend her, and Planet Salon enough!

I have been going to Brianna at Plant Salon for about a year now, and she consistently does an excellent job. I frequently receive compliments on my hair after my appointments, which speaks to her skill and attention to detail. Bri is very friendly, professional, and always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the visit. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. She is an outstanding stylist, and I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Planet Salon Hamburg in Lexington Ky for a few years now! I feel so blessed to be a client of master Josie Dance! Not once have i not been satisfied… trust me my white/silver thick hair is no easy task but she performs miracles on my head of hair! Not to mention the new salon is beautiful and always clean! The bonus is the staff and receptionist are soo kind! I love going … they all make you feel special! Xoxoxo

It's always hard to find a new stylist especially after following with someone for several years. My wife has been searching for a new hair stylist/color specialist since she moved from Louisville to Lexington. Read some good reviews about Planet Salon and Spa. Went in for an appointment with Brianna. The wife previously had brown hair with highlights/balayage. She was wanting to return to a dark brown solid color. After our first appointment, it turned out a bit darker than she was expecting. Even after washing it, it was still a bit on the very dark brown side--even black almost. Called Planet Salon and spoke to their manager. They have a 10 day re-do policy and were more than happy to see us for an adjustment. Saw Brianna again and told her about what we wanted. She took the time to explain to use the process and how she planned to adjust the color to our goal. She was able to fix it completely to our liking! Went out with even better color than before and hair felt healthier than ever. She included a free-of-charge hair conditioning treatment as well. She's super friendly and really listens to your goals. I think we've found our new local stylist and my wife couldn't be happier!

This location has always been great to me. I might not go consistently but when I do go I always pick Crystal and she's amazing. She's always done a great job with my hair. She's great about showing you which products to put in your hair and she's easy to reach out to if you have any questions after your appointment. ✨️

I had the best experience at Planet Salon!! I have recently had some major health issues and the medication I was on made my hair fall out in clumps. I mean entire strands of hair which broke of in random spots. Needless to say I was devastated. I’m by no means a person who is self centered but I have always loved all things hair, skincare, and makeup. But, my hair was and is an extension of who I am so yes I maybe at the gas station looking a mess but my hair always looked good. So losing so much of it really broke my heart. I hadn’t had my hair done professionally since April when my previous stylist just ghosted me. Plus I am unemployed due to reasons beyond my control. So I started coloring my hair myself and at the time my hair had a dark shadow root and was purple. Well I tried many different brand and colors. I finally was able to have it professionally. Crystal Litsey came highly recommended and I had seen her work and it was top notch. Since I’ve already wrote more than I probably should have I’ll make this short. Crystal is not only an amazing stylist she is the most beautiful soul I’ve met. She is totally transparent on what she thinks should be done to your hair and she puts the integrity of your hair over everything else. I truly felt like we’d been besties for years and was able to give her total creative freedom on my hair. She kept everything in budget, talked me through everything she did and even made a plan on how to get my hair healthy again. It had been so long since my hair looked and felt like my hair but Crystal did the dang thing and I can’t ever repay her for making me feel heard, valued, and beautiful. I highly recommend her, she is truly the most amazing woman ever and I’m honored to call her my friend and stylist now. 💗💗

I recently visited this hair salon and had an excellent experience. The stylist was professional, skilled, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon was clean, modern, and relaxing. My haircut and styling turned out fantastic and exactly how I hoped. The entire visit was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning. ✂️

I’ve been going to Planet Salon for years, and have been seeing Crystal for over five years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my hair (or eyebrows!) to anyone else. Every single appointment is a great experience as she listens, gives thoughtful advice on all of my hair questions, and is so genuinely supportive and caring! Crystal is incredibly skilled, consistent, and genuinely cares about her clients, which really shows in her work. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy. If you’re looking for a hairstylist you can rely on long-term, Crystal is absolutely the one.

I’ve been seeing Crystal at Planet Salon for 7 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Her understanding of color is incredible. She asks great questions, explains everything she’s doing along the way, and makes sure the end result is perfect. She also does my keratin treatments and is extremely knowledgeable about the process. Beyond her talent, she’s fun, energetic, and makes you feel completely at home in her chair. I’ve never had a bad result. Highly recommend!
